- Introduction
Fabzone is an online B2B platform that connects manufacturers/suppliers of sarees and other fashion products with retailers, resellers and business customers. By accessing or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. - Eligibility
Users must provide accurate business and contact information. Fabzone reserves the right to verify or reject registrations where required. - Product Information
We try to display accurate product images, colours, sizes, fabric details, designs and prices. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, lighting or manufacturing batches. - Wholesale Pricing
Prices displayed on Fabzone may be wholesale/B2B prices and can change without prior notice. Applicable GST, taxes, shipping or other charges will be displayed separately wherever applicable. - Orders
An order is considered confirmed only after Fabzone accepts the order and/or payment is successfully received, as applicable. Fabzone may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors or other genuine operational reasons. - Payment
Customers must make payment through the payment methods provided on the platform. Fabzone is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or other third-party payment providers. - Product Quality & Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect products upon delivery. Minor differences in colour, design, weaving, printing or finishing may occur and will not automatically qualify as a defect. - Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to Fabzone’s cancellation policy. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available. - Return & Refund
Returns/refunds will be governed by Fabzone’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Products may be eligible for return only in cases such as wrong product, damaged product or manufacturing defect, subject to the applicable conditions and evidence requirements. - Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier availability, weather, holidays, strikes or other circumstances beyond Fabzone’s control. Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. - User Account
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed through their account. - Prohibited Activities
Users must not misuse the platform, provide false information, attempt fraudulent transactions, copy Fabzone’s content without permission, interfere with platform operations or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. - Intellectual Property
Fabzone’s logo, brand name, website/app design, text, graphics, photographs and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or commercially used without prior permission. - Third-Party Services
Fabzone may use third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics companies, technology providers and communication services. Their respective terms and policies may also apply. - Limitation of Liability
Fabzone will make reasonable efforts to provide the platform and services reliably. However, Fabzone shall not be responsible for indirect losses, delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. - Changes to Terms
